Calder Engineered Natural Oak Lacquered Click Lok 190mm x 14/3mm Wood Flooring
The Calder Engineered Natural Oak flooring features a smooth lacquered finish that protects the surface while maintaining a natural oak appearance.
Each board measures 190mm (19cm) in width and 14mm in thickness, including a 3mm solid oak wear layer. This allows sanding and refinishing up to two times, although this is typically not required within the first 10–15 years.
Engineered construction helps reduce movement caused by temperature and humidity changes, making it suitable for most rooms in the home, including conservatories. It is not suitable for bathrooms and is compatible with water-based underfloor heating.
Installed as a floating floor with a 3mm underlay beneath for insulation and sound reduction. A 4mm compressed rubber underlay is suitable with underfloor heating.
Boards are supplied in mixed lengths and should be tapped together for a tight fit.
Allow 10% extra for wastage and 5% for grading.
