Calder Engineered Natural Unfinished Oak 180mm x 15/4mm Wood Flooring

The Calder Engineered Natural Oak flooring is supplied unfinished, allowing you to apply your preferred finish after installation to achieve your desired look.

Each board measures 180mm (18cm) in width and 15mm in thickness, including a 4mm solid oak wear layer. This allows sanding and refinishing up to three times, though this is rarely needed within the first 10–15 years.

Engineered construction helps reduce movement caused by temperature and humidity changes, making it suitable for most rooms in the home, including conservatories. It is not suitable for bathrooms and is compatible with water-based underfloor heating.

• Finish: Unfinished, requiring sanding and sealing after installation
• Installation: Tongue and groove boards for glued installation
• Grading: Mixed grade oak with natural variation

Typically installed as a floating floor with a 3mm underlay. A 4mm compressed rubber underlay is suitable for underfloor heating.

Starter boards may be included to help with layout.

Allow 10% extra for wastage and 5% for grading.
