Edmonton Solid Natural Oak Lacquered 125mm x 18mm Wood Flooring

A fantastic Natural Oak solid wood flooring. Each individual board is 125mm (12.5cm), the overall thickness of the plank is 18mm (1.8cm), including a top N/A layer of Oak veneer. The N/A wear layer enables you to sand down and refinish the surface . This shouldn’t be necessary for the first 10-15 years in most domestic environments. Solid flooring, such as this, is highly resilient to temperature and humidity changes meaning they can be laid in most rooms in the home, including conservatories, with the only exception being the bathroom. Due to the stability of our solid flooring products laying the flooring in rooms heated with water based underfloor heating is not a problem. Each board is manufactured with a tongue and groove profile, so each board can simply be glued together. The grade of this Oak is mixed, meaning it will contain some knots as is typical with Oak products.

This Solid Wood Floor would usually bonded to the sub-floor using an adhesive to provide a flexible and stable surface. This product comes in mixed lengths.
Industry standard for wastage and cut offs is 10%, with 5% for visual grading. This should be factored into your calculations when ordering.
