Manufacturer’s recommendation is to tap the planks on the edge with a tapping block and rubber mallet to make sure they are clicked tightly together. This product has a mixed grade, so it will contain some knots, which is typical for natural wood. Each pack contains boards of mixed lengths, offering a unique and dynamic installation pattern for a beautiful, natural-looking floor.
Please note, an oiled finish isn't impermeable and might not be ideal for spill-prone areas. Please keep in mind that the industry standard includes 10% for wastage and cut-offs, and 5% for visual grading. Make sure to factor this into your calculations when ordering.
