Enhance Your Home with Sawbury Engineered Natural Oak Oiled PRIME Parquet Wood Flooring

Discover the timeless elegance of parquet wood flooring with our Sawbury Engineered Natural Oak Oiled PRIME. This exquisite flooring option combines the natural beauty of oak with the durability of engineered wood, making it a perfect choice for any home. At Flooring365, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, affordable flooring solutions that transform your living spaces.

Why Choose Parquet Wood Flooring?

Parquet wood flooring is renowned for its intricate patterns and classic appeal. The Sawbury Engineered Natural Oak Oiled PRIME features a stunning parquet design that adds a touch of sophistication to any room. The natural oak colour and oiled finish enhance the wood's grain, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This prime grade product contains few knots, although there may be some as knots are typical in natural wood, ensuring a clean and refined look.

Durability and Practicality

Our engineered wood flooring is designed to withstand the test of time. Each board has a 4mm layer of wood veneer that enables you to sand down and refinish the surface up to three times. Engineered wood flooring like this is very resilient to temperature and humidity changes, making it suitable for most rooms, including conservatories. The only exception is the bathroom. Due to the stability of our engineered flooring products, laying the flooring in rooms heated with water-based underfloor heating is not a problem.

Each board is manufactured with a tongue and groove profile, so each board can simply be glued together. This Parquet Wood Floor would usually be bonded to the sub-floor using an adhesive to provide a flexible and stable surface. Please note, an oiled finish isn't impermeable and might not be ideal for spill-prone areas. Please keep in mind that the industry standard includes 10% for wastage and cut-offs, and 5% for visual grading. Make sure to factor this into your calculations when ordering.
