Can I extend the storage period beyond 6 weeks?

Yes, of course! We completely understand that sometimes schedules shift — builders get delayed, rooms take longer to prep, or life just gets in the way. That’s why we offer the option to extend your flooring storage beyond the initial 6 weeks.

After the complimentary 6-week period ends, we charge £5 per day, per pallet to continue storing your order safely. Most standard orders only require one pallet, but we’ll always be upfront about how many pallets your flooring will need so there are no unexpected costs.

If you think you’ll need extra time, just give us a call or send an email before the 6 weeks are up. We’ll confirm everything with you and make sure your flooring stays securely stored until you're ready. It's all about flexibility — we’re here to work around your timeline, not the other way round!
