Is there a fee for holding my flooring order?

We offer free storage for up to 6 weeks after you place your order — no catches, no small print. It’s our way of giving you a bit of breathing space while you get everything ready for your new flooring.

If you need to store your flooring for longer than 6 weeks, we can absolutely arrange that too. After the free period ends, there’s a small charge of £5 per day, per pallet to cover ongoing storage. Most orders fit on just one pallet, but we’ll always let you know up front if your order takes up more space.

We’ll get in touch before the 6 weeks are up to check if you’re ready for delivery or if you’d like to extend the storage. That way, there are no surprises — just peace of mind knowing your flooring is safe and sound until you need it.
