Your 6-week complimentary storage period begins on the date your flooring order is paid in full. If you’ve paid upfront, the clock starts from the purchase date.

We always confirm the storage timeline with you once payment is complete, so you’ll know exactly when your 6 weeks ends and when to either schedule delivery or request an extension if needed.

It’s all designed to give you flexibility and breathing space, especially if your renovation isn’t quite ready for flooring just yet.
