Can I return flooring if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return your flooring if you change your mind—just let us know within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in a resalable condition, returned at your own expense, and securely strapped to a pallet (please keep the original one if possible).

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be authorised by our team before you send anything back. Please note, sale items and showroom purchases are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, and will exclude any direct delivery or handling costs incurred.
