LVT is a durable and adaptable flooring option that can mimic the look of hardwood, tile, or stone while providing a waterproof and scratch-resistant surface.
With so many different vinyl flooring colours to choose from, it’s an extremely versatile floor that will not only complement any décor but can also be placed in any room of the house thanks to its waterproof properties. So whether you prefer bold and dramatic or soft and neutral, LVT flooring is an excellent choice.
Not only that, but vinyl floors require very little maintenance and can be easily cleaned with a damp mop or vacuum. This makes them ideal for high-traffic areas or households with pets and kids.
In addition to being versatile, durable, and low maintenance, our vinyl floors are also extremely cost-effective and have underlay incorporated. Since the underlay is already incorporated into the boards, even more money can be saved on the products and installation.
Considering doing the installation yourself? No problem! Thanks to our easy-to-install Click Lok system, updating your floors has never been easier.
Vinyl flooring is well known for its scratch-resistant qualities thanks to the tough vinyl wear layer that is applied. However, like all floors, they’re not indestructible. Pets with sharp claws, furniture that’s moved around a lot and high heels are all guilty of ruining beautiful floors. Even with the most durable flooring options.
If durability is your main concern, we suggest opting for an SPC vinyl floor which will be slightly more durable than our WPC options. We also advise that you take a look at our LVT maintenance guide to keep your flooring in top condition.
Yes, our entire vinyl flooring range is 100% waterproof, making it the ideal flooring choice for bathrooms.
Once your new vinyl flooring has arrived, you must leave it for 24 hours before you can begin the installation. This allows time for your new floor to acclimate to the temperature and humidity conditions of your home. The best way to do this is to lay the boards flat in the room and leave them be. Never try to skip the acclimation process as this could lead to an unsteady installation and problems later.
Our embossed LVT floors are the closest replica you can get to a wood or stone floor, without the cost. The texture produced during the embossing process will follow the pattern in the design image. This makes it incredibly difficult to tell that it has been purposely produced that way.
The entire vinyl flooring range has had some degree of texture added to them to help them appear more natural.
Thanks to the very nature of vinyl flooring and how it is made, you can have the luxury of a stone floor, without the cost, strenuous installation, or high levels of maintenance. LVT is an extremely cost-effective alternative to stone flooring, with waterproof properties making it the ideal choice for bathrooms.
Our wood effect vinyl floors have been purposefully created to give the impression of a real hardwood floor. Produced with numerous different shades and paired with a wood texture that follows these ‘grains’ to create a convincing replica.
At Flooring365 we have plenty of different vinyl flooring colours to choose from. Just take a look at our vinyl flooring colours below to see which would suit your home and decor best.
If you're feeling bold, opt for one of our black vinyl floors. Black LVT flooring is a timeless choice that can add a touch of sophistication to any room, creating a dramatic focal point that draws the eye. This vinyl flooring colour is ideal for modern, minimalist, or industrial-style spaces, but can also work well in traditional settings when paired with the right décor. For a striking contrast, pair your black vinyl flooring with white walls, furniture, or accessories to create a beautifully monochrome interior.
Our coffee vinyl flooring has warm and inviting tones. Resembling the rich tones of coffee beans, this colour is perfect for creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. We think that coffee floors work best when placed in livingrooms and bedrooms, but they can work well anywhere when paired with complementing colours and décor. Consider pairing your coffee LVT floor with colours such as beige, brown, green, or cream to create a complementary colour palette that works well for traditional and rustic rooms. Or go bold with brighter hues such as orange or yellow to create a modern and vibrant design.
Our golden vinyl floors are bright and inviting, perfect for adding uplifting energy to any room. We find that our golden floors look their best when added to rooms that need a boost of light such as hallways and home offices. Golden floors are extremely versatile and will pair well with white, grey, or blue walls. As for the finishing touches, warm or cool-toned accents will both work equally as well with this floor. So, we suggest having a look around and just deciding which you prefer whether that be copper, brass, or silver.
Grey LVT flooring is particularly on trend right now, making it a popular choice for homeowners and interior designers who want to create a modern, sleek, and timeless look. Due to the versatility of LVT flooring and its waterproof properties, it’s the ideal choice for bathrooms. With grey vinyl flooring options in wood and stone effect, it works well in kitchens too for a modern or industrial look. In fact, one of the most significant benefits of grey LVT flooring and the reason why it gained so much popularity is thanks to its ability to blend in with any colour scheme or style. Grey vinyl floors can provide a neutral canvas for bright and bold accents or serve as a backdrop for muted and subtle colours. Either way, our grey vinyl flooring will work well with a variety of styles including contemporary, minimalist, industrial, and rustic.
Natural LVT flooring is a popular choice for those who love the look and feel of natural wood or stone but want a more durable and affordable alternative. Our natural vinyl flooring mimics the natural variations and textures of wood or stone, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Just like with any solid wood product, our natural LVTs will suit a multitude of different colours and décor. Neutral colours such as beige, white, or grey work particularly well, but bold accents and décor will also complement this floor just as well.
Our smoked vinyl flooring offers a modern twist to our natural vinyl selection, adding depth and character to any room. The rich tones and subtle grain variations of smoked oak or walnut give this flooring a feeling of elegance and charm. We think that our smoked floors are best paired with neutral or muted colours such as grey, beige, or navy to create a timeless and luxurious appearance. To finalise and enhance the design, consider adding metallic or reflective accents such as chrome or glass.
White vinyl flooring is a classic and versatile colour that can create a variety of looks, from minimalistic and modern to bohemian, shabby chic, Scandinavian and industrial. The possibilities are endless! Since our white vinyl floors pair well with any colour or style, from bold and bright to soft and muted, they’re the perfect choice for anyone who likes to experiment with décor.
Thicker boards tend to be more hard-wearing and provide a slightly improved sound reduction performance. Therefore, you may want to consider choosing thicker boards in upstairs apartments or bedrooms. Thicker boards are also more suited to higher traffic areas, where they can withstand greater use. However, they are often more expensive to show for this, so ultimately it comes down to budget and personal preference.
Click Lok flooring has a locking mechanism on the edge of the boards which creates a glue-free, interlocking fitting system, meaning it can be laid more easily and relatively hassle-free. The Click Lok system is intended to make laying flooring easier for any DIY enthusiast, by simply pushing, dropping, or clicking boards into place. If you’re considering Click Lok, it’s important to think about the underlying surface on which your new LVT flooring will be laid. Uneven surfaces make Click Lok much more difficult to fit so it's important to prepare your subfloor before fitting. A level subfloor will provide a high-quality finish for your LVT flooring.
The bond down installation method allows you to glue your LVT flooring directly to the subfloor. Using a strong adhesive, it creates a sturdy finish that won’t buckle under the pressures of daily life. However, you should ensure the subfloor is suitable before considering bond down LVT. For a successful bond down installation, it is crucial to have a smooth and level subfloor, ensuring firm adhesion of the glue. Once installed correctly, the bond-down method provides exceptional durability and a long-lasting lifespan.
